FiveFive9 embarked on an innovative Proof of Concept (POC) to create shareable stories based on data aggregated from users' Concert Timelines in the Live Nation app. The concept was crafted to cater to "power users" who attend 10 or more concerts per year.
Despite our initial excitement, the concept revealed a significant challenge: most users have relatively few events on their Concert Timelines, resulting in limited data to represent. This realization led us to conclude that the concept might not deliver the intended value for a broader audience.
While this particular POC did not progress as expected, it provided valuable insights into user behavior and preferences. Our team remains dedicated to exploring new ideas and solutions that resonate with users and deliver meaningful experiences.
